How To Book an Exercise Coaching Session
Please email with questions or inquiries prior to booking.

1. Decide on a 30 minute or 1 hour appointment and click below to book.
2. When notification of booking is received, you will receive a confirmation along with a request for 2 dates you would potentially like your reading,
your time zone and how you would like to do your reading via Skype, Facetime, Whatsup.
3. You will receive a second confirmation with Date & Time for reading
4. Be sure to read the cancellation policy before booking.
