anaerobic vs. aerobic, stretching and how all three elements

are important to your body.

Learn how your body reacts, gets refueled and stays supple

even with only a little movement.

If you are needing to bulk up, lose a few pounds,

or just get toned or just stay healthy,  learn simple  tools

and techniques to help you reach your goals.

here to help you save your pocket book. Also to educate you on

how to recognize exercise plans that won't work for your

lifestyle as well as supplement scams

How To Book an Exercise Coaching Session

Please email with questions or inquiries prior to booking. 

​

1. Decide on a 30 minute or 1 hour appointment and click below to book.

2. When notification of booking is received, you will receive a confirmation              along  with a request for 2 dates you would potentially like your reading,

    your  time zone and how you would like to do your reading via Skype,                  Facetime, Whatsup.

3. You will receive a second confirmation with Date & Time for reading

4. Be sure to read the cancellation policy before booking.
