Please understand when booking an appointment you are taking up a time slot that someone else may have wanted and they lost that opportunity to your booking.

CANCELLATION Policy:

Must be given at least 48 hours prior to booked appointments unless previous arrangements were made with Divine Warrior Intuitive.

No more than 3 consecutive cancellations will be allowed on either rescheduled or future bookings. Please check your schedule prior to setting any bookings.

​

Cancellations under 48 -24 hours to appointment will incur a 15% re-booking charge and balance will be refunded, or a credit will be given toward next appointment

FULL REFUND or CREDIT Policy

To receive a full refund or Full Credit (toward a future appointment) for a cancellation: Any appointment book for a one on one coaching session, intuitive session or a Intuitive Reading, must be notified via email,phone with a person (no messages) and or via text, no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment to receive a full refund or credit toward a future appointment .

PARTIAL REFUND Policy

Cancellations  48 hours  or less prior to booking are subject to a 15% re-booking fee whether consumer chooses to refund or credit for future booking. Stipulation may apply unless previously arranged with a staff member of Divine Warrior Intuitive.

NO REFUND OR CREDIT Policy

Appointments are given a 5 minute grace period unless consumer notified DWI of an emergency via phone (no messages allowed) text or via email. After 5 minutes into time booked, DWI has the right to cancel appointment and no refund or credit is available.

NO SHOW- no refund or credit will be given by DWI, as well as no shows, no notifications may affect to allow said consumer to book any future appointments. DWI has the discretion to allow future bookings or not.
